75dB(A) at 1m Close fit slide over plantroom acoustic canopy for a 450 kVA Perkins 2206A-E13TAG£ standby diesel generator set for a Hospital in the UK that was installed by our Client in the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic.
This plantroom was very tight on space and so the canopy was designed and manufactured bespoke to be split into segments of 4.1mL and 1.5mL due to space restrictions at site.
The primary and secondary exhaust silencers were internally mounted in to the canopy and were later lagged and clad at site.
