Our company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to handle duties for senior management. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. Administrative Sales Assistant responsibilities and duties

  • Manage workflow, ensuring that deadlines are met, and work is completed correctly
  • Implement and monitor programmes as directed by management, and see the programmes through to completion
  • Receiving and directing visitors
  • Word processing, creating spreadsheets, presentations, and filing.
  • Generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate
  • Managing the company’s social media network
  • Respond to questions and requests for information
  • Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed
