Administrative Sales Assistant responsibilities and duties
- Manage workflow, ensuring that deadlines are met, and work is completed correctly
- Implement and monitor programmes as directed by management, and see the programmes through to completion
- Receiving and directing visitors
- Word processing, creating spreadsheets, presentations, and filing.
- Generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate
- Managing the company’s social media network
- Respond to questions and requests for information
- Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed
