We were tasked in designing a ‘retrofit system’ to reduce noise on a ‘pop up’ Power Station located in Ireland for a Globally renown generator rental and hire company.
Our task was to not to only reduce exhaust noise but also mechanical noise from the clients sets.
What we delivered on was a solution that consisted of 12 x 25metre x 1700mm diameter chimney stacks with sample platforms and aircraft warning lights, 38 x 20’ acoustic containers with splitter attenuators, 38 x Mild Steel vertically mounted exhaust silencers, 38 x kits of Mild Steel pipework shot blast finished, 38 x exhaust bellows, 38 x container supports, 38 x ground supports and 80 x acoustically lined container side ducts.
To compliment the supply and delivery, provided our Service and Project Engineers to carry out the full turnkey install.
The project was designed and fully installed within the clients set lead-time.
