Project Overview
IMS recently completed the manufacture and final finishing stages of a bespoke acoustic enclosure and base tank solution, designed to support a generator installation with integrated exhaust and fuel systems. The project required a fully coordinated package to ensure efficient installation, durability, and high-performance acoustic attenuation.
Scope of Supply
The project was delivered as a complete, turnkey package, comprising:
- Acoustic Enclosure & Base Skirt
Engineered for structural integrity and effective noise reduction, the enclosure provides robust environmental protection while meeting acoustic performance requirements. - Integrated Fuel Tank
Designed and fabricated to seamlessly integrate within the base system, ensuring efficient fuel storage without increasing footprint. - AVMs (Anti-Vibration Mounts) & Lift Frame
Installed to minimise vibration transfer and facilitate safe handling and positioning during transport and installation. - Exhaust System
Including:- Exhaust silencer
- Elbow and support framework
- Exhaust bellows for thermal expansion
- Thermal & Weather Protection
- High-quality lagging jacket for heat retention and safety
- Aluminium rain cap to prevent water ingress

- Full set of bolts and gaskets for installation readiness
