Our latest project highlights precision fabrication and installation at a UK Fire Station, supporting essential building ventilation and exhaust systems.
Scope of Supply & Installation:
🔹 1 off canopy plate — precision fabricated and finished in durable protective paint for weather resistance.
🔹 1 off canvas plenum with flanges — providing flexible, airtight connection between ducting components.
🔹 1 off painted weather louvre with support frame — designed for optimal airflow while preventing water ingress.
🔹 1 off 3″ NB exhaust pipe assembly — complete with 90° bend and 1000 mm straight section, finished truncated with protective bird mesh to ensure reliable exhaust discharge.
Site Work Included:
• Delivery and coordination with site team
• Safe removal (but not disposal) of the existing louvre
• Installation of the new louvre, associated support frame, and canopy-mounted plate
• Exhaust pipe extension and secure roof termination.
All components were designed and fabricated to exacting standards to ensure performance, durability, and compliance with site requirements.
