Faced with stringent noise compliance requirements for a Rolls Royce Bergen Engine, our client sought a robust acoustic solution that could effectively target the problematic 40Hz frequency range. The existing equipment, installed by a third party, failed to meet performance expectations — prompting a need for complete system redesign and execution.

- Custom Exhaust Silencers: Engineered specifically to target and reduce the 40Hz frequency output.
- Mild Steel Interconnecting Pipework: Designed for durability and acoustic continuity, finished with stucco aluminium cladding to control heat and mitigate noise transmission.
- Acoustic Enclosure: A fully bespoke housing enveloped the entire exhaust system, enhancing sound attenuation and ensuring compliance with environmental noise regulations.
To ensure optimal performance, we also:
- Dismantled and removed the existing ineffective equipment.
- Deployed our IMS Service Engineers for precise installation and commissioning.
