This week, we’ve had the absolute pleasure of hosting Kian for his work experience placement here at IMS!
Kian — the son of one of our design engineers, Eliza — joined us to gain insight into how our business operates day to day. Over the week, he’s rolled up his sleeves and got involved in sales, design, procurement, admin, production, and quality, truly getting a taste of everything we do at IMS.
It’s been fantastic to see his enthusiasm, curiosity, and willingness to learn. From experiencing our workshop to shadowing our teams in the office, Kian approached every task with a positive attitude and great questions.
We’ve really enjoyed having him with us — not only sharing what life is like at IMS, but also getting to know his interests, ambitions, and future plans. It’s rewarding to be able to offer advice and support to help him as he continues his studies and starts to shape his career path.
