The PC can be mounted within the 𝗜𝗠𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗼 SCR Control Cabinet and powered directly from the 24V power network within the cabinet.
It can be pre-loaded with the 𝗜𝗠𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗼 software and TeamViewer and connected to the ECU via a Communications Cable with an appropriate Dongle to access the system.
The PC can be connected to the internet system either by Wi-Fi or a hard-wired LAN
When connected to the internet, the PC can be remotely accessed via TeamViewer to allow for scheduled maintenance checks and report downloads.
Should an alarm condition be advised by the customer, the engineering support team can remotely check to identify and, where possible, remotely rectify the issue.
If it is not possible to remotely rectify, then the engineering support team can attend the site pre-informed on what the issue is and with the appropriate parts/equipment are needed to resolve the issue.

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲:
Urea level depletion, temperature anomalies, or sensor malfunctions can be identified remotely before they become serious, reducing downtime and emergency repairs.
Any alarm conditions can be viewed remotely to assess whether manual intervention is required or if remote support can resolve the issue.
